"It is high time that
someone spoke up about this unethical greedy company. Ever since the notorious
Cendant bought Fairfield and brought their corporate thugs to rob out
ownership, they have whittled away nearly every benefit we had - all to fill
their corporate coffers. How can they possibly rent out our units that they
take from us for FREE, then place measures that completely eliminate our
ability to rent our units or recover our maintenance fees. WYNDHAM, WAKE
UP!!!!"

The organization is
undoubtedly so large and structured in such a way that the developer will keep
a stranglehold on the BOD, so that it will always represent the developers
interest and not the individual owner.

Good old
'points' is just like currency...remember.....except that the rules can be
changed at anytime by the greedy gangsters that control it. It is not sounding
so good now is it?

I never felt that we made a
mistake in buying until the last year or so. I would never recommend a purchase
to anyone with the way things have gone lately.
