Legal Disclaimer for WyndSham.Com

The WyndSham website has been created to bring global attention to the unfair business practices being used by Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Wyndham Vacation Ownership, and Wyndham Worldwide.  Specifically, Wyndham has repeatedly practiced unethical corporate interference to disrupt the day-to-day operation of the FairShare Plus Vacation Owners Association (VOA) and the FairShare Plus Trust, both of which are Arkansas non-profit organizations legally charged with the responsibility of looking out for the best interests of the FairShare Plus timeshare owners.  Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Wyndham Vacation Ownership, and Wyndham Worldwide have continually ignored their fiduciary responsibilities to this non-profit organization by appointing their own senior corporate executives to the Board of Directors for the VOA.  Wyndham has effectively monopolized the Board of Directors by prohibiting any non-Wyndham employees to be elected to the Board, even after 18 years!  Wyndham has proven repeatedly that they have diverted resources from the non-profit VOA to other Wyndham subsidiaries, including, but not limited to, RCI and Extra Holidays.  They have raised fees and changed benefits without notice to force the FairShare Plus ownership to utilize Wyndham's corporate subsidiaries.  In this regard, Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Wyndham Worldwide, and the Board of Directors for the FairShare Plus VOA have violated their legal duties to protect the financial interests of the owners of the VOA.

This website site was created by a group of concerned owners to help educate all owners about these unfair business practices of Wyndham and the destruction they are causing to our FairShare Plus vacation ownership. The opinions, comments, ideas, and suggested actions presented herein are exactly that; opinions, comments, ideas, and suggestions, and believed to be true by their respective authors.  There is no intent for malice and Wyndham has shown no effort to sufficiently disprove these opinions.  All opinions expressed here are protected under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.

All owners or others visiting this website are encouraged to perform due diligence and perform their own research the veracity of the information contained herein.  If you find any conflicting information, we invite you to share it with us at wyndsham@gmail.com

If Wyndham executives oppose the legal authority WyndSham has for bringing attention to what we clearly believe is unethical and illegal corporate self-dealing and conflict-of-interest, then we challenge Wyndham to prove otherwise.  Open up the Board of Directors to the general ownership, provide full disclosure of the minutes from all Board meetings, restore all fees to reasonable amounts consistent with inflation, restore all benefits promised to owners when they purchased their deeds, start paying equal program fees for developer inventory, eliminate the mechanism for the developer to siphon inventory from the ownership at 60 and 30 days, and immediately sever all ties between Wyndham's Extra Holidays and the FairShare Plus VOA.  When Wyndham proves their actions are ethical, noble and for the good of all owners, this website will be removed.  Until then, it will be visited daily by thousands of owners; to educate them about what Wyndham’s corporate greed has done to the FairShare Plus Program.
