Owners Fight Back Against Developer/Manager Wyndham.  This magazine article was published in the March/April edition of Timesharing Today, the leading published periodical for the vacation ownership industry since 1991.  This article clearly outlines the "strong and unified opposition by timeshare owners to recent changes by Wyndham in the popular FairShare Plus Program, including massive fee increases, drastic changes in benefits, and loss of inventory to the developer."  This is MUST reading for any FairShare Plus timeshare owner.

The organization is undoubtedly so large and structured in such a way that the developer will keep a stranglehold on the BOD, so that it will always represent the developers interest and not the individual owner.

Good old 'points' is just like currency...remember.....except that the rules can be changed at anytime by the greedy gangsters that control it. It is not sounding so good now is it?

I never felt that we made a mistake in buying until the last year or so. I would never recommend a purchase to anyone with the way things have gone lately.
